SHIPPING

Please allow 4–8 business days for order processing and production before your order is shipped. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control, but it's around 5-10 days, again depending on your location.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. RPG County is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

If your package is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return or refund requests may be submitted within 50 days of delivery. For damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items, we recommend contacting us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To qualify for a standard return, items must be:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In their Original Condition

Items that have been worn, stained, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or there was an error with the order.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled for a full refund before production begins. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified.

Honestly, this brand is made up of 2 mental components. "The world we live in compared to reality", and "the reality we choose to make and live by". I've always admired the reality of video games and how your truly entering a world that someone created, while actively roaming, fighting, and essentially living through their mind.
